How to: Install the PPT Viewer.
Solution:
Open the 'Add/Remove Programs' application in 'Control Panel', insert the diskette or CD, and install the PowerPoint Viewer.
To install the PowerPoint Viewer:
1) Click 'Start' to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'.

3) Open the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon. (The Add/Remove Program Properties dialog box appears.)
4) Click the 'Install/Uninstall' tab.
5) Click 'Install...'. (The Install Program From Floppy Disk or CD-ROM dialog box appears.)
6) Insert the appropriate PowerPoint Viewer diskette or CD.
7) Follow the instructions as they appear.
